n8n, Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, and most tools with an API. I also build custom scripts for complex cases.

What if the automation breaks?

I set up error alerting on all automations, so you'll know immediately. The first month of post-delivery support is included. Beyond that, the maintenance retainer keeps things running.

What's the minimum size engagement?

Automations start at $800 for a single, well-defined workflow. More complex multi-step processes are scoped individually.

Do I need technical knowledge to manage it?
