Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for the different types of services offered on this website. If you have a concern about a delivery, please contact us at serge@belov.ca before requesting a refund — most issues can be resolved directly.

Fixed-Price Services

Fixed-price services include Discovery Calls, Automation Audits, Technical Specifications, and Application Prototypes.

  • Before work begins: Full refund available if you request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase and work has not yet started.
  • After work begins: No refund is available once work has commenced. You will receive all work completed to date.
  • Discovery Calls: Fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

Custom-Scope Services

Custom-scope services include Custom Software Development and AI Knowledge Agent engagements.

  • Custom engagements are governed by the written statement of work agreed upon before the project begins. Refund and cancellation terms are defined in that agreement.
  • In the absence of a specific agreement, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Prepaid amounts beyond work completed will be refunded.

Subscription Services

Subscription services include Social Media Automation plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.
  • Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. No partial-month refunds are issued.
  • First-month exception: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email serge@belov.ca with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name, purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and without the delays a formal dispute process involves. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of current and future services.
